Two fiery orange eyes opened as the wolf they belonged to awoke. She stood and shook her pelt, little flakes of ice falling to the ground. Blaze looked around, it was still very early, but she didn't feel like sleeping any longer. She padded over to a partially eaten deer in the cave. The pack had been lucky to make two kills the day before so there was plenty to eat.
